Labiaplasty Before & After Photos

This patient is a 19 year old woman who felt discomfort from her labia minora. She told Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about the fact that she had noted increasing irritation from her labia during exercise.  Despite the fact that she was 5'6" and weighed 120 pounds, she was also embarrassed about her appearance and felt uncomfortable about sex.  She knew that surgery on her labia was a delicate issue and she sought out Dr. Solomon for his expertise in labiaplasty.  She learned that he had performed hundreds of labiaplasty procedures.  She also liked the fact that she could have this surgery performed in Dr. Solomon's Bala Cynwyd office using local anesthesia to maximize her privacy and minimize her discomfort.  She was able to drive home right after the procedure.  By following Dr. Solomon's post-operative instructions, she was able to return to her college one week after surgery.  She resumed all of her normal activities within a few weeks.  Her photograph here was taken 14 months after surgery. She no longer feels embarrased about the size of her labia.
