Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 28 year old banker wanted to feel better about herself.  She saw  plastic surgeon Dr. Solomon for his expertise in breast augmentation in Philadelphia. She worked out and like her body, but felt that her breasts did not fit her ideals. On examination, she was healthy with moderate breast tissue for coverage, but would benefit from more fullness, especially in the upper portion of her breasts.  Her starting bra size was a 34A.  Her size after breast augmentation with smooth, round 360 cc moderate profile saline implants filled to 390 cc is 34C.  She chose an areola incision for implant placement.  Her photos are shown before and one year after surgery.
