This 28-year-old man came from the Pocono mountain area to see Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about body contouring surgery. He exercised regularly and noted that the areas of his breats, abdomn and flanks would not chage in contour. He was aware of Dr. Solomon's expertisse in liposuction and wanted the doctor's opinion. Dr. Solomon noted that his wieht was slightly high for his height, but that he had considerable muscle mass. Dr. Solomon recommended liposuction surgery to reduce the breasts, abdomen and flanks. The patient underwent surgery as an outpatient in the state licensed facility used by Dr. Solomon. He reutnred to most acitivities within a few days and returned to full weight lifting in a few weeks. He is shown before and 1 year after surgery.
