This 64 year old woman traveled from Harrisburg, PA, to consult with board certified Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about her appearance. She wanted to enhance her look with minimal downtime. Dr. Solomon reviewed her medical history and performed a physical exam. The exam demonstrated that she had excess skin and fat of her upper eyelids and excess fat of the lower eyelids with fine lines on the skin. She was a candidate for eyelid surgery to treat the upper and lower eyelids. As part of the procedure, laser resurfacing was used to help smooth the lower eyelid skin. She returned to full acitvities shortly after surgery and was very happy with her result. Her photograph was taken one year after the procedure.
