This 35 year old man consulted with Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon because he was unhappy about the appearance of his penis. He noted that after a considerable weight loss, the fat hid his penis from view. He also had webbing from his penis to his scrotum. He had type 2 diabetes that was well controlled with diet and medication. Dr. Solomon felt that a combination of procedures including pubic lift, pubic fat reduction and scrotalplasty would solve his issues. These procedures were performed as an outpatient and he is seen 6 months after surgery. He is very pleased with his result.
