This 19 year old woman consulted with Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon because she disliked the appearance of her nose. She had a bump that she wanted to remove. She also disliked the appearance of the tip, which she thought was too big. She came to Dr. Solomon because her friend had undergone a rhinoplasty in Philadelphia by Dr. Solomon and was happy with her result. Dr. Solomon felt that he could improve her nose by reducing her profile and refining the tip of her nose. This outpatient surgery was performed and after wearing a splint for a week, she could already see the improvement in her appearance. She was thrilled because it continued to improve with time. Here she is seen one year after surgery.
