Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 32 year old woman was referred to Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon by one of his previous patients. She wanted to undergo breast augmentation.  She had aloways felt inadequte with regard to her breast, but after breast feeding, felt that she had lost breast volume.  Her goal was to increase her breast size, while maintaining proportion to her frame, which was thin.  Dr. Solomon allowed her to choose the size that fit her goals. She had 270 cc saline implants filled to 300 cc using an incision beneath each breast. She is seen 7 months after surgery and is very happy that she had breast augmentation in Philadelphia by Dr. Solomon.
