This 36 year old woman traveled from the New Jersey shore to consult with Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about the appearance of her arms. She disliked the looseness and fullness that persisted despite diet and exercise. She noticed these changes after the birth of her second child. Sh came to Dr. Solomon for his expertise in laser assisted liposuction. Dr. Solomon agreed that laser liposuction would help her to tighten the skin and improve the contour of her upper arms, thus avoiding the need for an arm lift procedure. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
