This 44 year old woman had undergone a gastric bypass, losing the volume and appearance of her breasts, as well as 100 pounds.  She felt that restoring the appearance of her breasts would help with her personal process of transformation.  She asked Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about her options.
