Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This is a 36 year old Asian woman referred to Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon by many of her friends.  They had undergone breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Solomon and were excited with their results.  This patient wanted a nautral result, similar to her friends.  She had two children and was not planning to have any more.  She chose to have saline implants placed beneath her chest muscle using a periareolar incision. She underwent placement of low profile 275 cc saline implants filled to 275 cc on each side.  She is very pleased with her results and has already referred other patients to Dr. Solomon.  she is senn before and 9 months after surgery.
