Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 38 year old woman traveled from the Maryland border to see board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about breast augmentation.  She wanted to fill out the upper portion of her breasts. After examining this patient and outlining all of her options, she chose to have smooth round saline implants placed beneath her chest muscle using and incision beneath each breast.  Her surgery was performed at the state licensed outpatient facility used by Dr. Solomon for these procedures and she returned home on the very same day.  She returned to work within a few days and is ecstatic about her result.
