This 24 year old woman traveled from Lancaster, PA, to see Philadelphia plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon about breast augmentation. She felt insecure about her breast size and was in good health. Dr. Solomon evaluated her and offered her the option of silicone breast implants. She chose to have silicone implants placed beneath her chest muscle using an incision in each areola. She had moderate profile implants, 286 cc. She is thrilled with her result and is shown 6 months after surgery.
