This 29 year old woman disliked the appearance of her breasts after breast feeding two children. She wanted to restore the fullness that she previously had. She consulted with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomon. After meeting with Dr. Solomon several times, she decided to undergo breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Solomon discussed her goals and with his unique method of help in deciding how big to be, she opted for an even fuller look than she previously had. She chose to have saline implants placed through incisions in each areola. Her surgery was performed in a state licensed surgery center under general anesthesia. She felt no pain and resumed normal activities within a few days. Her saline implants were 450 cc, smooth round devices filled to 480 cc on each side. Her bra size went from 34A to 34D. She is very happy that she chose to undergo breast augmentation by Dr. Solomon. Her photographs show her result three years after surgery, demonstrating the stability of her appearance after surgery.
